Caesars Entertainment
The $442 million-dollar Horseshoe Casino was constructed by Whiting-Turner for Caesars Entertainment in downtown Baltimore. J. F. Fischer, Inc., as a subcontractor to Whiting-Turner, installed the plumbing and HVAC systems.
